Cannele Mould

If you have never had a cannele before then you are seriously missing out. If you have had a cannele, then you have also toyed with the idea of making your own, but then you've realized you didn't have the correct mould and suddenly it all seemed too hard. Well this is about to change. Our moulds are made from high quality carbon steel with a non stick silicone teflon coating, which means your little cakes will turn out perfectly every time. They are versatile too and not just for canneles, think outside the box: at Habitare headquarters we use our moulds to make darling individual sticky date puddings.
